1. Data Loggers
FieldLogger
FieldLogger is a versatile, powerful, and yet cost-effective data logger handling analog, digital, and other types of variables with high resolution and speed. It is a high performance and high connectivity equipment and yet easy to configure and operate.
It has 8 configurable analog inputs that can read thermocouples, Pt100, Pt1000, voltage and current signals. It also has 2 relay outputs and 8 digital ports individually configurable as inputs or outputs.
Up to 128 mathematical channels can be used to perform operations on the measured values. Up to 32 alarm events can be detected, allowing output activations, e-mails and SNMP traps sending.
Its RS485 interface can operate as a Modbus RTU master or slave. As a master, it can read and log up to 64 external channels. It has a 10/100 Mbps Ethernet interface that allows for access through a browser (HTTP), FTP (client and server), e-mails sending (SMTP), SNMP and Modbus TCP.
FieldLogger has one USB interface to be connected to a computer (for configuration, monitoring and data download) and another USB port for plugging a flash driver for data retrieval. The 512k logging basic memory is used to store data and it can be greatly expanded with an SD card.
An exclusive color HMI can be attached or remotely installed for local indication or configuration. A user-friendly configurator software can be accessed by Ethernet, USB or RS485 and also provides means for on-line monitoring, logged data downloading and exporting to spread sheets and other formats.
Remote Mounting Kit
The FieldLogger‘s HMI (Human-Machine Interface) can be assembled remotely to the equipment, being connected to it via a cable. This kit makes such operation easy, for it supplies all parts necessary to attach the HMI to a panel, connecting it to the FieldLogger to read the interested data.
LogBox 3G
LogBox 3G is an IoT device with integrated data logger and 3G / 2G connectivity which allows remote telemetry or mobile monitoring solution. Data can be accessed remotely and centralized via NXperience software for Windows or via NOVUS Cloud IoT platform. Moreover, NOVUS may provide access to LogBox 3G for SCADA system or proprietary application through specific communication driver, upon request. Secure, real-time information accessed quickly and easily.
The device has two universal analog inputs that accept a wide range of sensors. It also has internal sensors for measuring temperature, battery voltage and external sources. In addition, LogBox 3G has SMS commands and alarm alerts.
TagTemp-Stick
TagTemp-Stick is an electronic temperature data logger, compact and robust, that dispenses use of cables for configuration and data collecting. Plugs directly into a USB interface of a computer with Windows® to communicate with the application LogChart II, which is the configuration and data analysis software for data loggers from TagTemp series. The TagTemp-Stick has a high accuracy internal temperature sensor and is waterproof and can operate submerged up to 1m deep.
It is ideal for temperature recording in the transport and storage of refrigerated and frozen products, such as vaccines, blood products and food. As well has wide application in the fields of biology, chemistry, pharmacy, logistics and industry.
LogBox-RHT-LCD
LogBox-RHT-LCD is dual channel data loggers with built-in temperature and relative humidity sensors. They use a high quality industrial grade humidity sensor for accurate and reliable operation in applications such as transportation, food and goods storage, process auditing, pharmaceutical, HVAC and others.
They can be easily programmed and set via a handy infrared IR-LINK 3 interface connected to a USB port under Windows® software or with a PalmOS compatible PDA IrDA interface. LogChart II software allows for logger configuration, recorded data retrieval, plotting, historical analysis and it exports data to spread sheets. In the LogBox-RHT-LCD the temperature and humidity values are shown in the digital display. You can also check on the display the Minimum and maximum recorded values.
LogBox-AA
LogBox-AA is an electronic data logger with two input analog channels. Input data is stored in the logger internal memory, for later download to a PC for visualization and analysis in the form of tables or graphs. The data is easily exported to spreadsheets.
The LogChart-II is the software used to configure the logger, download and visualize data. The logger configuration allows defining the logger operation mode, including programming the start/stop time of data acquisition. Other parameters such as signal input type, logging interval, etc, are easily selected through the LogChart-II software.
The LogBox-AA also provides a signal for commanding an external power supply (battery) of a device connected to the logger. This feature allows that external devices, such as a transmitter, be powered only during the measurement sample time, thus extending the autonomy of these external batteries.
LogBox Wi-Fi
LogBox Wi-Fi is an IoT device with integrated data logger and Wi-Fi connectivity. It allows monitoring and recording of data remotely, in facilities with Wi-Fi infrastructure. The data can be accessed remotely, wirelessly and centralized through SCADA application, cloud dashboard or by NXperience software. Easy installation and accessibility are highlights of this device.
The device has three universal analog inputs and one digital input, that can operate as counter of pulses (flow sensor) or recorder of events (opening/closing doors). LogBox Wi-Fi has MQTT protocol to publish data into IoT brokers, Cloud or SCADA system, as well as Modbus TCP protocol to operate as slave into SCADA systems.
The device provides uninterrupted recording of data, even in failures of power supply or wireless link, due to its 2-year autonomy backup battery. LogBox Wi-Fi can be used to comply with security requirements of FDA Regulation Title 21 CFR Part 11.

The analog channels accept direct connection of thermocouple temperature sensors or Pt100 and sensors for any other quantities with signals in current or voltage. The digital channel could either record events with time stamp, such as opening a door or counting pulses from a flow sensor.
The logging interval of LogBox BLE is configurable, and the user can access the parameters using a desktop or notebook via USB interface with the NXperience software or using Android smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth with NXperience Mobile app into Android and iOS devices. Both applications allow the configuration, download and analysis of the records.

TagTemp-USB
TagTemp-USB is a small portable electronic temperature logger. Its internal sensor measures local environment temperature and logs such values in an electronic memory. Logged data, or ACQUISITIONS, can be later viewed and analyzed on a PC where they can be opened in tabular and graph forms.
LogBox-DA
LogBox-DA is an electronic data logger with two input channels, one analog and one digital. Input data is stored in the logger internal memory, for later download to a PC for visualization and analysis in the form of tables or graphs. The data is easily exported to spreadsheets.

AirGate-Modbus
AirGate-Modbus is a gateway designed to create a network of wireless sensors.
It can be used as extender of Modbus RS485 network and offers flexibility and scalability for the various networks inside facilities. It has long range wireless communication, reaching up to 3200 feet (1000m).
Operating through own NOVUS-Air wireless network protocol (802.15.4), AirGate-Modbus is independent from the IT customer infrastructure.

4. Gateways and Converters
USB-i485
The USB-i485 module is a cost-effective way to convert RS485 or RS422 industrial buses to a USB interface. When connected to a PC USB port the USB-i485 module is automatically detected and is installed as a native COM port which is compatible with any existing serial communication application.
Muliple modules can be installed when using USB hubs thus allowing a hassle-free configuration of a multi serial system without any IRQ or DMA configuration. 1500 Vdc galvanic isolation between the USB port and RS485/RS422 protects the PC from spykes or possible misconnections in the communication bus.

DigiGate Profibus
DigiGate Profibus is the ideal equipment for interconnecting a Profibus DP network with a Modbus RTU network. It works as a gateway, operating as a master station in the Modbus network and as a slave station in the Profibus network.
Thus, according to its previous configuration, DigiGate will read the data of the other devices (slaves) of the Modbus network and send the read values to the Profibus master. In the same way, it will write at the output of the Modbus slaves according to the Profibus master requests, providing a complete control of the Modbus network devices through the Profibus network.

FSB Series
The FSB Series (Flexible Sensors with spring and Bayonet connection) is ideal for the plastics processing industry or in applications where ease of installation and removal of the sensor is required, with an excellent response time.
They are low-cost sensors, provided with bayonet-type connections and adapter, enabling installation through compression and adjustment of the process insertion length through the spring. Main applications in plastic injection machines, extruders, and packaging machines.

DigiRail
The DigiRail line of smart transmitters with Modbus RTU comunication interface provide a simple way for integrating analog or digital signals to supervisory systems. Featuring up to two universal input analog signal channels they are the most economical way to deliver analog inputs to PLC´s and SCADA systems. The input signals are isolated from power thus protecting the electrical instruments by eliminating ground loop effects. 6. Accessories DAC
Antenna extension with magnetic base
If the antenna needs to be positioned far from the device (in order to obtain better signal coverage), an antenna with extension cable and magnetic base can be purchased separately.

FTR
The FTR power supply is a switching mode power supply to be connected directly to the line proviiding na isolated output. It is suitable for powering instruments such as 4-20 mA field transmitters.
The FTR power supply is designed for DIN rail mounting, inside electrical panel. Avoid excessive vibration, humidity, temperature and electromagnetical interference.
NTC Sensor
Cable with two tinned copper wires and NTC temperature sensor at one end. The sensor is protected by a stainless steel or rubber capsule, both protected against water ingress. Suitable for heating and cooling applications.
Interface NFC-USB
The NFC-USB Interface can provide communication between the TagTemp-NFC data loggers family and a computer. It is used with the Nx Software tool both for configuration and data downloading.
PT100
Manufactured with thin film technology on a flat ceramic substrate or wire wound on cylindrical ceramic or with glass body, they provide an excellent means for high accuracy temperature detection.
