Novus – Pressure transmitters
NP785
Ideal for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), clean-room and flow measurement applications, the NP785 is an ultra low differential pressure transmitter for measuring very small over-pressure, underpressure and differential pressure in neutral, non-corrosive gaseous media. It provides a pressure proportional linear signal output with configurable measuring range via USB using the configuration software.
NP785 can operate bi-directionally, providing the ability to measure differential pressure ranges from vacuum to positive pressure. It is housed in a DIN rail mountable ABS/ PC enclosure and its nickel plated brass fittings accept pneumatic hoses with 4 or 6 mm internal diameter.
The analog output can be set to either 0-10 V or 4-20 mA while having an RS485 with Modbus RTU communication protocol. Designed for HVAC and industrial environment, the NP785 ensures temperature compensation for longterm stability and complies with EMC standards, providing robustness and reliability for a wide range of applications.
NP400
NOVUS NP400 Relative Pressure Transmitter Series is a great solution for cost-effective pressure measurement.
520 & 528
The 520 and 528 series Pressure Transmitters are compact, precise and economical. They have a rapid coupling and installation system (Quickon System), which substantially reduces the signal cable assembly time.
The model 520 is designed for use in industrial and refrigeration applications. It has a welded stainless steel diaphragm allowing its use in any gas or cooling medium, including ammonia.
The model 528 is ideal for industrial applications that require pressure measurement in liquids and gasses. This model uses a ceramic sensor that has a high mechanical stability and is capable of withstanding a wide range of temperatures. It is particularly suitable for applications involving compressors or steam.
692
The 692 series of differential pressure transmitters use unique ceramic technology to accurately measure from from 0 to 0.1 bar up to 0 to 6 bar differential and yet withstanding high one-side overloads.
NP640
NOVUS NP640 series relative pressure transmitters are configurable and can be calibrated in the field.
They offer a wide range of pressure ranges. This family has the ability to adjust the range of pressure transmission up to 1/3 of full scale, and allows adjusting the factory calibration directly or in the lab. The range setting and the factory calibration setting are performed using the optional TxConfig-DIN43650 configuration application.
TxIsoLoop-1 & TxIsoLoop-2
Loop isolators provide signal protection by electrically isolating the input signal from the output.
TxIsoLoop-1 and TxIsoLoop-2 simplify your application and avoid the undesirable ground loops by providing single and dual loop galvanic isolation. The 0/4-20 mA input is measured and an identical isolated signal is reproduced at the output. Power is drawn from the 0(4)-20 mA input loop, thus no auxiliary power or an external power supply is need.
WL420
The submersible hydrostatic level transmitter WL420 has been designed for continuous liquid level monitoring in water wells, reservoirs, tanks, boreholes, rivers and other liquids.
The submersible unit measures the static pressure of the liquid column above the transmitter and transmits a current signal proportional to the water column to the instrumentation above.
The highly stable 316L stainless steel diaphragm sensor is fully compatible to raw or chlorinated water and most semi-aggressive liquids.
Supplied with a special vented cable to compensate the atmospheric pressure changes, it accurately transmits the measured liquid level. The application-dependent cable length can be defined at the time of purchase to the desired extent and can also be customer adapted at the application site.
Several measurement ranges are available for a wide range of applications, allowing their use with local or remote panel meters, data loggers or PLCs.
NP620
NOVUS NP620 product family of industrial pressure transmitters features programmable range and digital field calibration capabilities. They are offered in the piezoresistive oil-filled pressure front-end technology with a wide range of pressure measurement options.
These families of transmitters can have their retransmission range configurable to zoom up to 1/3 of the nominal range and also have their factory calibration adjusted in the field or in a laboratory. These features are accomplished by the use of the optional interface TxConfi-DIN43650.
604
Used as DP flow switch in ventilation ducts for the control of filters and fans, and in primary and secondary control systems for the control of dampers. Precise setpoint adjustment is done through individual scale and by turning knob.
699
The 694 series of differential transmitters are ideal for high accuracy monitoring and controlling low air flow in air-conditioning systems, in clean rooms applications, fine pressures in laboratories and in critical filters of non-corrosive gases.
LoopView
LoopView is a two-wire 4-20 mA loop indicator, low power loop-powered indicator. Its excellent precision allows to indicate several measurements like pressure, differential pressure, flow, pH, temperature, acceleration and other. It has valve type connector standard EN 175301-803 (old DIN 43650 form A) male and female.
LoopView is powered by the current loop itself and allows to be inserted into sensors already installed in industrial facilities, with same connector type.
This device has a 4-digit display and 2 keys, which allows quick and easy adjustment in indication value and range, decimal point position, applying digital signal filter and user calibration.
The parameters modification is password protected and can be done directly in the loop indicator, through panel keys. The configured parameters are stored in non-volatile memory, that means keeps it saved on loop break occurrence.
