1. Temperature Transmitters
TxIsoRail-HRT
Temperature transmitter TxIsoRail-HRT combines the proven quality of HART® certification with the robustness of NOVUS devices. The transmitter is compatible with HART® certified devices and it has electrical isolation between input and output, supporting voltage surges up to 1.5 kVrms. Its great differential is the total configuration through the two 4-20 mA current loop wires, which means more features for device configuration and monitoring.
By using a worldwide known protocol with more than 40 million field instruments supporting HART® technology, NOVUS’s temperature transmitter TxIsoRail-HRT enables the use of standard HART® configuration and supervision software that provides flexibility to users.
TxBlock-USB
Powerful high-accuracy loop-powered head mounted temperature transmitter, it accepts several types of temperature sensors – thermocouples, Pt100, Pt1000, NTC and 0-50 mV signal – all-in-one model, with linearized 4-20 mA output and configurable measurement range.
It allows 2 points calibration for field tuning and can be supplied already preconfigured with customer parameters. As a world class device, TxBlock-USB is compliant with the leading standards of electromagnetic compatibility, and is highly immune and reliable device for industrial environment. The innovative built-in USB port allows configuration, easy commissioning and fine tuning on periodic calibration reviews.
TxMini-M12-485
The TxMini line temperature transmitters with serial communication have compact dimensions and practical connection via M12 connector. These devices are an excellent solution for temperature measurement applications with high precision and can be installed in small spaces. With RS485 serial interface via Modbus-RTU protocol, they are easily integrated into existing networks for communication with PLCs and SCADA systems.
The new TxMini can be configured via DigiConfig software or via Modbus commands. These commands can be generated from a SCADA supervision system. The PT100 sensor must be soldered to the transmitter board terminals in TxMini-M12-485 and TxMini-485 models or positioned through connectors in TxMini-M12-485-CN and TxMini-485-CN models. Transmitters can also be supplied without the M12 connector at the output.
TxIsoPack-USB
TxIsoPack-USB is a fully isolated 4 to 20 mA two-wire loop powered temperature transmitter for in-head assembly.
Complete sensor type selection and range configuration is achieved by connecting the device directly to a PC USB port thus not requiring any other interface, special converter or any additional driver.
The isolated and linearized current output represents the sensor input signal according to the temperature sensor selected.
TxMiniBlock
TxMiniBlock is a cost-effective programmable RTD temperature transmitter for head mounting. With a unique microprocessor based technology it features full PC configuration of range and calibration which is achieved by means of a convenient interface cable connected to a USB port from a PC. Working range, output calibration and protection can be easily set by using the TxConfig Windows configurator software. This transmitter is specially convenient for being mounted in small inexpensive heads.
TEMP-WM & TEMP-DM
The TEMP-WM and TEMP-DM transmitter series incorporate the best high accuracy and great stability temperature sensors. They convert the measured values into linear 4 to 20 mA signals and optional 0 to 10 Vdc output can also be offered under request.
The microprocessor based circuit enables full configuration of output range when used with the TxConfig PC interface and the Windows® based software.
The TEMP-WM model is dedicated to wall mounted applications and the TEMP-DM version is suitable for duct and through-the-wall applications.

TxMini, TxMini-M12 and TxMini-DIN43650
The TxMini, TxMini-M12 and TxMini-DIN43650 are 4-20 mA two wire compact and valuable transmitters. Configuration can be done through a USB interface without any power supply. These transmitters are the ideal solution to be used in places with space restrictions.
TxRail-USB
TxRail-USB is an USB configurable DIN rail mount temperature transmitter.
It allows selection and configuration of input type, measurement range, output type and calibration. Its output can be set to either loop powered 4-20mA or 0-10V.
Highly accurate and user-friendly, the TxRail-USB performs well from simple to sophisticated measurement applications.
TxIsoLoop-1 & TxIsoLoop-2
Loop isolators provide signal protection by electrically isolating the input signal from the output.
TxIsoLoop-1 and TxIsoLoop-2 simplify your application and avoid the undesirable ground loops by providing single and dual loop galvanic isolation. The 0/4-20 mA input is measured and an identical isolated signal is reproduced at the output. Power is drawn from the 0(4)-20 mA input loop, thus no auxiliary power or an external power supply is need.
TxIsoRail
TxIsoRail is fully programmable isolated temperature transmitters dedicted to Pt100 and thermocouple industrial sensors. TxIsoRail is a DIN rail mount unit. Both units can be easily user configured for input type and working range by means of an interface cable connected to a PC USB port.
Why use isolated transmitters?
Isolated transmitters protect the electrical instruments by eliminating ground loop effects and reduce substantially the undesirable interferences and instabilities in sensor measurements.
LoopView
LoopView is a two-wire 4-20 mA loop indicator, low power loop-powered indicator. Its excellent precision allows to indicate several measurements like pressure, differential pressure, flow, pH, temperature, acceleration and other. It has valve type connector standard EN 175301-803 (old DIN 43650 form A) male and female.
LoopView is powered by the current loop itself and allows to be inserted into sensors already installed in industrial facilities, with same connector type.
This device has a 4-digit display and 2 keys, which allows quick and easy adjustment in indication value and range, decimal point position, applying digital signal filter and user calibration.
The parameters modification is password protected and can be done directly in the loop indicator, through panel keys. The configured parameters are stored in non-volatile memory, that means keeps it saved on loop break occurrence.
2. Humidity & Temperature
RHT Climate
With a wide backlit LCD and distinctive design, the RHT Climate is a relative humidity and temperature transmitter that provides highly accurate and stable measurements over a wide operating range. It calculates in real time seven psychrometric properties and all variables will be available in current or voltage retransmission or by RS485 Modbus RTU communication.
Versatile, the device allows parameters configuration, temperature and relative humidity simulation and retransmission signal generation, useful features for fast and easy in the field commissioning through USB with NXperience or directly over the keyboard. The RHT Climate also has two digital alarm outputs and an embedded buzzer for sound alarm.
RHT-485-LCD
The RHT-WM-485-LCD and RHT-DM-485-LCD transmitters include high precision and stability sensors for measuring temperature and relative humidity. They are microprocessed devices and, therefore, allow being entirely configured through a RS485 interface, using the Modbus RTU commands. The DigiConfig allows the configuration of all transmitter features as well as its diagnostic procedure.
RHT-P10 & RHT-XS
The RHT-P10 and RHT-XS transmitter series incorporate the best high accuracy and great stability relative humidity and temperature sensors. They convert the measured values into linear 4 to 20 mA signals and optional 0 to 10 Vdc output can also be offered under request. The microprocessor based circuit enables full configuration of output range when used with the TxConfig PC interface and the Windows® based software.
RHT-P10 model is aimed at humidity and temperature monitoring in pressurized or vacuum systems. Sensor probe in Stainless Steel can be thread mounted in the supplied flange* or directly to the system wall or pipe.
RHT-XS is aimed at humidity and temperature monitoring in non-pressurized systems that require a remote sensor.
*The flange is not attached to the transmitter and must be purchased separately.
RHT-Air
RHT-Air is a fully wireless solution for measuring temperature and humidity over long distances, allowing the configuration and reading of the parameters through the wireless network up to 500 m, bringing practicality and efficiency to the application.
It has long battery life – which can operate as a no break – combined with the convenience of a wireless sensor that avoids the absorption of electrical noise, ensuring a robust and safe solution.
Operation without cables and wires simplifies the installation. In addition to the ease of reallocation of the devices, it is possible to extend the telemetry network extremely easily: simply attach the new sensor where necessary and configure it from a distance!
Moreover, RHT-Air operates on its own wireless network, without the need to use the company’s IT infrastructure, allowing its stand-alone operation.
RHT-WM & RHT-DM
The RHT-WM and RHT-DM transmitter series incorporate the best high accuracy and great stability relative humidity and temperature sensors. They convert the measured values into linear 4 to 20 mA signals. The microprocessor based circuit enables full configuration of output range when used with the TxConfig PC interface and the Windows® based software.
The humidity signal can be configured to either relative humidity or dew point output. The RHT-WM model is dedicated to wall mounted applications and the RHT-DM version is suitable for duct and through-the-wall applications.
TxIsoLoop-1 & TxIsoLoop-2

3. Temperature Sensors
FSB Series
The FSB Series (Flexible Sensors with spring and Bayonet connection) is ideal for the plastics processing industry or in applications where ease of installation and removal of the sensor is required, with an excellent response time.
They are low-cost sensors, provided with bayonet-type connections and adapter, enabling installation through compression and adjustment of the process insertion length through the spring. Main applications in plastic injection machines, extruders, and packaging machines.
